AVO Dismissed

Our client had been served with a private AVO that his ex-partner had applied for.

Our client was concerned about the implications of this order regarding his child and co-parenting arrangements.

After reviewing the statement made by the applicant for the AVO, we were confident that the AVO was unnecessary.

The matter proceeded to a hearing, where our lawyers made submissions regarding the inconsistencies in the Applicant’s evidence, as well as the lack of evidence to support her claims.

The Court accepted our submissions and dismissed the application for an AVO, which allowed our client to see his child worry-free.
